CLASS DESCRIPTION

movement

TAUGHT BY Paloma Villela

This class is inspired by Ashtanga yoga, somatic movements, fascia flow, and flexibility exercises. The focus is entirely on expanding and becoming aware of our body's movement needs. Connecting with our bodies takes us out of our minds and draws us into the present moment. And that's where we stay throughout the class. This is a guided class, although you always have the freedom to interpret the movement according to your own needs.

Creativity

TAUGHT BY Paloma Villela

The term creativity is very broad; we need to be creative in every area of our lives. And while here I'm referring to everything related to creating using words, paint, pencils, and paper cutouts, the knowledge we acquire in this class helps us be creative in solving the challenges of our daily lives. You don't need to be an artist to participate in this class; you don't have to know how to draw or paint. All you need is the desire to be with yourself and your feelings. Unlock your creativity—join me in this class!

Breathing

TAUGHT BY Paloma Villela

No one needs to teach you how to breathe; your body already has all the knowledge it needs to live a healthy and happy life. But what if we gave our bodies a little help on the path to a more fulfilling life? In these classes, we'll do simple breathing exercises and guided meditation. Discover how to free yourself from mental limitations with something as simple as breathing.

Facial exercises

TAUGHT BY Paloma Villela

In this class, you'll explore your face for points of tension. We'll use facial exercises, tapping, lymphatic system activation, and fascia relaxation techniques to release tension and tone your face. And while this class will focus on the face and torso, you'll also experience physical (throughout your body) and emotional relaxation.

Each of these classes is part of a larger whole. Despite all the tangible physical benefits and the increase in creativity (especially regarding artistic work), the main objective of these classes is to learn to live fully in the present moment so you can appreciate all that you are and have right now. It's much easier to find your way toward your projects and dreams when you're at peace with who you are now.

Learn to love yourself, one habit at a time.
